Welcome to this private two-story house in a convenient area. Feel at home in this approximately 1,300 square feet (120 m2) home with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a living room and spacious kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils. You will have access to the first and second floors of the home, including the front porch and rear deck and yard. You will not have access to the basement, which is used by the owner for storage. You may access the rear yard if you want via the rear door of the house, but please keep in mind that the rear yard comes as-is, there is no outdoor furniture. Parking is not included. You will need to find a spot on the nearby streets and will be responsible for your vehicle and any parking violations you may receive. Note that the driveway next to the house does not belong to the house, so if you park there, it will be at your own risk. The partner is not responsible for your vehicle or any violations you may receive. Centrally located in a convenient and commercial area close to major highways, this house is good for families, tourists, traveling workers, interns, etc. A New York City direct bus stops one block away from the house. The house is only 1 block away from the bus stop where NJ Transit Bus No. 116 can take you directly to New York City. The journey to NYC takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check the NJ Transit website for more information. Self check-in and check-out are available via a lockbox with keys at the property. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this in advance. No one will be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night after 11:00 pm and no refunds will be given for any issues checking in after 11 pm. There is no luggage storage at the house. No parties, events, or smoking are allowed anywhere on the property and are strictly enforced. If you smoke, use incense, or use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, a $300 fee will be charged. If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, fees will be charged in addition to this $300. [SI]
