It's an old house, so only one air conditioning unit is provided for the bedroom and that is what keeps rent low. Heat is controlled by the tenant through central heating. The unit is smoke-free. You can smoke outside on the premises in the common area in the back of the house. Apartment is on a quiet street with single family homes where parking is always available off season. In the summer spots are available during the week, but during a summer weekend it is busy. The unit has all new windows and views of clear blue skies and fireworks from the east windows.
