SUMMER WEEKLY RENTAL - This colorful charmer is available for PEAK SUMMER weekly rental in JUNE,JULY & AUGUST. Discover the quiet South side of Ocean Grove with EASY PARKING while still about 7 blocks to the OG Beach and Boardwalk. The open front porch invites you to enjoy sunny days and mild nights. First floor has living room/dining room,fully stocked kitchen,first floor bath with shower and laundry. Access the back patio with table/chairs and BBQ grill. 2nd floor has large bedroom with King bed,bedroom with 2 twins which can be combined into a King,and a 3rd bedroom with bunk set with full on bottom and twin on top. 3rd floor also has a full bath with tub/shower. A/C,wifi,4 beach badges & use of stocked Beach Locker. Weekly late May/June rate is $2200. July & August rate is $2900 a week. Sorry no pets. $500 refundable security deposit and $300 exit cleaning fee. Inquire about September (after Labor Day). No smoking/vaping or candles permitted anywhere on property.
