The SS Adams is a luxury rental apartment building located in the " Bradley Park " Section of Neptune . Bradley Beach has their downtown area within a block of the building. It is also very close to many choice of restaurants , bakery ,post office & with has a direct access to the Bradley Beach Train station . Jersey Shore Medical Hospital is located within a 1/4 of a mile and 1st responders are workers you are welcome and we are a short distance to Jersey Shore hospital . Modern kitchens with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Laundry room are standard in each of our unit have a full size gas washer and dryer . All Floors are luxury laminate and the bathrooms all have tile flooring. Our windows are over sized and we provide screens & blinds . There is a bike room provided on site and there are many choice for a gym within 1 block of the building .Roommates are accepted Ample unassigned parking is also available. June signing special is a reduced priced reserved interior Garage parking is available for an special price of $100.00 extra per month . The special parking reduction applies to all leases signed in the month of June . The SS Adams has a 2 pet limit policy in our pet friendly building . There is a pet fee and in addition to a weight and breed restriction .
