Welcome to 521 E Broad St Unit A! This cozy one bedroom apartment has a secured front door entrance and off street parking. As you enter through the front door, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of natural light, fresh paint and hard wood floors. There is a large closet in the living room for extra storage also. The bedroom is located at the back of the unit and also has outside access to the parking area. The full bath is located off the bedroom and there is also a large walk in closet for storage in the bedroom. If there are appliances in the unit, they will convey to the tenant As-Is. Any repair or replacement of the appliances are the responsibility of the tenant, including AC units. Tenant pays all utilities including a $65 utility reimbursement fee.
