Waterfall Village is a beautifully maintained, quiet community. Convenient to downtown yet tucked away in nature. Yes, there is a historic waterfall on the property. Our apartments are generously sized. An oversized garage is included in the rent with all of our one bedroom apartments. We have a resident superintendent as well as maintenance staff. Amenities include, a playground, basketball court and picnic tables with grills for a waterside picnic. Mail is delivered directly to your door. Individually controlled heat and air conditioning.
