This summer rental term is from Friday before Memorial day to Labor day. The rent is $10000 rent + $500 water/sewer deposit + electric. The security deposit is 15% of the rent so $1500. To take the property off the market the $1500 security deposit is required. The interior contains 2 closets and a wardrobe closet for storage of clothing.
