It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee, cable TV, and gym access are also provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No parties are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
