This newly renovated 2-bedroom/3-bath condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Enjoy complimentary coffee and fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. Dogs only. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. [SI]
