Feel at home in this beachfront 2-bedroom condo in Atlantic City, offering 1200 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Enjoy complimentary coffee and access to the fitness center. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in the Showboat building, this apartment is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. One towel per guest per stay.
