Additionally, there are two complimentary parking spots per reservation with provided parking codes. The condo offers bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are just downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare options are readily available for easy transportation. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a one towel per guest per stay policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The property has a maximum of two pets allowed, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs permitted. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
