This spacious 1,500 sqft condo offers direct beach and Boardwalk access, combining the comforts of home with hotel-like service. This condo is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, offering all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and plenty of beds for a comfortable experience. Enjoy direct beachfront and Boardwalk access. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the Boardwalk. Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. A pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length applies for dogs only (max 2 pets, 40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). Located in the heart of Atlantic City, the Showboat building offers an excellent location directly on the beach and Boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade, go-karting, and rock climbing are just downstairs. Taxis and rideshare cars are readily available at all hours. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $75/hr late fee for check-out after 11 AM and a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Weapons are not allowed and will be reported to the police, resulting in immediate contract termination. Outside guests are not permitted without permission.
