Feel at home in this newly renovated studio condo located on the beachfront in Atlantic City. This 600 sqft unit is suitable for four guests. This studio unit has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and access to a fitness center. There is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and one complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
