This beachfront condo combines the comforts of home with the service you deserve from a hotel. This 2-bedroom/3-bathroom condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and offers 1200 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee.
