This condo has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. There are bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, and a washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Enjoy 1 complimentary parking spot per reservation. Additional services are available for an extra fee to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed; dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds).
