A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Enjoy access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Additional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout may be available for an additional fee. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
