This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
