This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1200 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access, making it suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and access to a fitness center. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation, and parking codes will be provided. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. Dogs only. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
