This 2-bedroom/3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.
