This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs) are allowed, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
