A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. Additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No weapons or drugs allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
