Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation are included. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). Located in the Showboat building, this apartment is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
