Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, the boardwalk/beach, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are right downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Max 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined) excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
