Feel at home in this beachfront 2-bedroom condo in Atlantic City, offering 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven in one of the units is temporarily unavailable), smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. There is also a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Enjoy two complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Pets are welcome, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty will be charged for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed.
