It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A late fee of $75 per hour will be charged for late check-out. A pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
