This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. Enjoy access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. Located in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, the major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). [SI]
