This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (payable by app at $2/load). Complimentary coffee is provided, and guests have access to the fitness center. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) are offered for an additional fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
