This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo combines the comforts of home with modern decor and is equipped with a full kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar right downstairs.
