This studio unit is suitable for three leisure or business travelers and is located in partnership with the iconic Showboat. This condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, along with a drip coffee machine. Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access. One parking spot is provided for free, and extra parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come & go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access is included. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs in the Showboat building. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
