This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, it has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, complimentary coffee, fitness center access and one complimentary parking per reservation. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
