This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, it has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. This 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access features a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. There is a washer and dryer on each floor that you can pay by app at $2/load. Enjoy complimentary coffee, fitness center access and one complimentary parking per reservation. Additional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
