Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Enjoy 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation with provided parking codes. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and dogs only, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on stay length and collected separately. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
