There is a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately, and a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, dogs only, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. ESA (Emotional Support Animal) may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
