Great amenities include a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot are included per reservation. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
