Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. The condo also offers 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation with parking codes provided. The condo offers optional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. There is a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum allowed is 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, and only dogs are permitted. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
