Complimentary coffee is provided, and there is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for an additional fee. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), and certain breeds are prohibited. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
