Located in partnership with the iconic Showboat, this newly renovated condo is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay in its 1500 sqft of space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. The kitchen is fully equipped. A smart-TV with streaming apps is installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
