Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee applies based on stay length. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are just downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission and only one towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.
