This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, and it has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 2,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed for an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
