The condo offers great amenities such as direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. The bedroom features two double beds and the living/common area includes a sofa bed. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Guests can enhance their stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, for additional fees. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two dogs (40 lbs combined) and a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. One complimentary parking per reservation is included. The Showboat building is excellently located on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The condo is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations.
