This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of living space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. There are plenty of beds to accommodate a family, group of friends, or business travelers. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Enjoy access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome with an additional $100 to $300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Note that only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75/hr late fee will be applied. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
