This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: direct beachfront and boardwalk access, we own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free and extra parking is $20 per car per day and includes "come and go" privileges, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor and you can pay by app at $2 per load, fully equipped kitchen, smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100 to $300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Want to enhance your stay?
