This hotel unit has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot per reservation are included. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
