Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with app payment at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in and late checkout when available, and more. Additional fees apply. The condo includes one complimentary parking per reservation. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, but no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. Dogs only. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
