This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms available for guests. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas.
