This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. This hotel unit has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. There is a washer and dryer on each floor, accessible via an app at $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately for a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
