Feel at home in this newly renovated studio condo located in the iconic Showboat building on the beachfront in Atlantic City. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of living space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
