This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and access to a fitness center. There are plenty of beds to accommodate a family, group of friends, or business travelers. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. There is one complimentary parking spot per reservation. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately for a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
