Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer and dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking per reservation. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, for additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A laptop computer is not included.
