This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sq ft of space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (payable by app at $2/load). Complimentary coffee is provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. Additional pet fee from $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
