This hotel unit has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load paid by app. One complimentary parking spot is included per reservation. Additional optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is collected separately based on stay length. Max 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined) excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this hotel unit, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
