One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Extra parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come & go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk, and fitness center access is included. Some units are wheelchair accessible, so please ask in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
