Feel at home in this newly renovated studio condo located on the beachfront in Atlantic City. This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Guests also have access to complimentary coffee. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
