This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of space. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. The Showboat is excellently located on the beach and Boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock and Ocean Casino are downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
