This 1,500 sqft condo offers direct beach and Boardwalk access, providing an unparalleled experience in Atlantic City. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (payment by app at $2/load). Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation, and fitness center access is included. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, and there is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
