Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access and one complimentary parking spot are included per reservation. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
