Extra parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come & go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Fitness center access is included. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
