The bottom unit of an older 2/3 bedroom, 1 bath home with a large deck and a large yard. The house is located right on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail for walking, running, biking in the warmer months and skiing, snowmobiling in the winter. It is only a short walk on the trail into town in one direction and Albee Beach is in the other direction. Pets are negotiable (and must be well behaved) with a pet fee and pet deposit. Water/sewer is included in the rent but heat, hot water and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. Washer and dryer hookups are available. Must have adequate and consistent income. A credit check will be completed. While great credit is not required, consistent payments on debt is important.
