Landlord needs two weeks to finish removing the remainder of his stuff out of the Unit so it will be available to occupy mid to End of August. Recently repainted, this 2 bedroom townhouse because it has electric heat only is priced at 1500.00 a month as tenants pay all utilities except those provided under the condo association (Plowing, & septic) but it was built 1989 under the current energy code for insulation. The unit is two story with the living dining /kitchen and laundry on the first floor 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second being rented unfurnished . The unit has a slab deck to the rear of the condo. The lease will be a 6 months lease as a trial period for both tenants and landlord . If it is a good fit for both can be extended to year+ on the 5th month. Owner may decide to sell after 1 year but if tenants have been good tenants and it is a good fit, will be offered the condo prior to it being listed (if that is decided by the landlord) . Some of the windows are having crank issues which the owner will take care of prior to the occupancy date. Condo association does not allow tenants to have pets, so no pets please
