There is a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well! The Crab Shack has 2 parking spots located on the bay side of the property on Eisenhower Street, directly in front of your suite. Please park close together to ensure enough room for 4 vehicles to park in this lot. The Crab Shack is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. Surrounded by ocean, you can choose which beach to visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's great for bike riding and walks. There are five other units in this building, so please enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, such as dirty dishes or soiled floors. Cleaning fees cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and guests should ensure their trash is in designated bins and moved near the road. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host for a reasonable solution. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited and no parties are allowed. Please lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
